Chem-Crest 2015 Biodegradable Ultrasonic Liquid Cleaner

Chem-Crest 2015 Chem-Crest 2015 is a non-ionic ultrasonic cleaner. It is capable of removing and dispersing various lubricants, lapping compounds, various machining residues, fingerprints and particulates; typical contaminants of the disk drive. The 2015 product rinses free in watervand is biodegradable.Compatibility of use with Chem-Crest 2015 is non-corrosive to electrical components and is compatible with other metallic and plastic components which are common to these types of applications. For rustable steel components, a rust inhibitor package may be required to prevent the the initiation of corrosion on the substrate. This level of corrosion may not be visible to the naked eye.

Chem-Crest 2015 is used at typical dilutions of 2-5% by volume. Concentration may be varied based on the type and the age of the contaminants. Typical operating temperature is in the range of 50°C-65°C. Chem-Crest 2015 is easy to rinse and leaves no residues when ultrasonically rinsed with deionized water.
