Chem-Crest 270 Ozone Safe Ultrasonic Biodegradable Powdered Alkaline Detergent
Chem-Crest 270 is a heavy duty phosphate-free cleaner for a variety of hard surfaces. It is a biodegradable powdered alkaline detergent. Chem-Crest 270 is a caustic, free-flowing, non-silicated compound. Compatibility of use with Chem-Crest 270 is safe on ferrous metals, stainless steel, nickel, hromium alloys, plastics, glass, ceramics and silicon wafers when used as directed. It is not suitable for aluminum or zinc parts. Chem-Crest 270 is very effective in removing various oils, greases, lubricants, drawing and buffing compounds, solder fluxes, welding fluxes, photoresists and airborne contaminants.
Chem-Crest 270 is typically used at 3-5% by weight for various soil removal and at 15-20% for rust and carbon removal in ultrasonic applications at temperature of up to 180°F. Dispose of in accordance with Federal, State and Local Government regulations.
