Chem-Crest ADS 905 Aqueous Displacement Solution

Chem-Crest ADS 905 is an aqueous displacement solution. The product is capable of displacing and dispersing various hydrophobic films produced by organic solvents or lubricants. It is very useful in many applications to displace oils and solvents where a non-halogenated solvent is used first to remove heavy contaminants (Dual Process, Patented). It is capable of producing hydrophilic surfaces upon rinsing with water. It also removes various machining oil residues, fingerprints and particulates. The ADS 905 product rinses freely and its components are biodegradable. Chem-Crest ADS 905 is compatible with various plastics and metallic surfaces such as stainless steel, aluminum and brass. Chem-Crest ADS 905 displaces light oils, solvents, lubricants, buffing compounds, lapping compounds, carbon residues, fingerprints and airborne contaminants.

**Chem-Crest ADS 905 may be mixed in the cleaning tank with Chem-Crest 715 at about half the dilution percentage recommended for the ADS 905 to increase detergency. [For ADS 905 concentration of 5% add 2% by volume of Chem-Crest 715 ].

Chem-Crest ADS 905 is typically used at 4-8% by volume. Typical operating temperatures: 120°-150° F. Chem-Crest ADS 905 is easy to rinse and leaves no residues when ultrasonically rinsed with deionized water. The ultrasonic frequency in the rinses is recommended to be 40 kHz, 58 kHz or 132kHz. Dispose of in accordance with Federal, State and Local Government regulations.
