Ultrasonic Heated Overflow Tank with Genesis Generators

A rear welded weir plumbed to drain for rinse water overflow capabilities or for a recirculating pump and filter setup. A front Fill port/ recirculation option return. A generator, a transducer, and a tank make up an ultrasonic cleaning system. The generator supplies electrical power to the transducer in which the transducer converts to mechanical energy in the form of pressure waves. Ultrasonic energy then enters the cleaning solution in the tank generating the cavitation that precision-cleans the contents of the tank. Bright annealed stainless ultrasonic tanks are available in a wide variety of standard and custom sizes. TRU-SWEEP™ sweep frequency eliminates inconsistent cleaning by sweeping a +/- 1kHz around the center frequency at a set repetitive rate. Outstanding and consistent performance, process control and the ability to monitor output for consistent cleaning time after time.
